About PEHOA

PEHOA is the Homeowner’s Association for Princeton Estates, a neighborhood community in Kentwood, Michigan. PEHOA is different than most HOAs because its membership is purely voluntary. The PEHOA Board consists of volunteers that strive to build a safer, better community through various social events and optional services. There are a few common areas that are maintained by PEHOA (entrance signs), but almost all other services are provided by the city or individually selected service providers. Membership is open to any resident living within the the Kentwood city block of 52nd St. to the north, Kalamazoo Ave. to the west, 60th St. to the south, and Discovery/Brookhill Farm Dr, to the East.

The PEHOA Board maintains a private Facebook page for all residents of the neighborhood (not just members), to facilitate communication and enhance our sense of community (in Facebook, search for “PRINCETON ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (PEHOA)”. In order to join the page, you will need to answer 3 simple questions. Facebook will notify you once you have been approved.
