Princeton Estates Homeowners Association is a completely voluntary organization and it is voluntary to become a member. We highly encourage you to join and contribute to our community!

PEHOA Membership Benefits

Princeton Estates Homeowners Association(PEHOA) strives to strengthen our neighborhood community by providing member benefits such as:

  • Upkeep our 6 entrance signs and landscaping
  • Neighborhood communication via our PEHOA Facebook page
  • Community events such as:
    • Neighborhood Picnic every summer in Pinewood Park
    • Spring Neighborhood Garage Sale
    • Holiday Lights Contest
    • Block Parties, organized by our friendly PEHOA Block Captains
    • Special meetings with city government (e.g. police and parks and rec)
  • Discounted Trash Service (Optional) – negotiated group rates for trash services and support
  • Access to PEHOA owned equipment – tables/chairs, shade tents, PA system, etc.
  • Discounted yard lamp post light sensors and support for maintenance

PEHOA Membership Costs

Voluntary membership dues are currently $30 per year, per household, payable to PEHOA. If you are not currently a member would like to become one, fill out the form below. You can also send a check made out to PEHOA to P.O. Box 88155, Kentwood, MI 49518. Current members who would like to renew their membership for 2025 can also pay here or by check.
