If you’re a paid PEHOA member, one of the best benefits is discounted trash service from Republic Services. This is an optional benefit if you choose to use Republic as your trash hauler. With the HOA discount, the 2025 costs for various services are as follows:
WEEKLY TRASH PICK UP – $30.78/quarter
WEEKLY RECYCLE TRASH PICK UP – $21.87/quarter
WEEKLY YARD WASTE PICK UP – $88 for the season (April – November)
INITIAL $5 BIN DROP OFF OR PICK UP FEE WHEN CHANGING SERVICES
