Princeton Estates Homeowners Association (PEHOA) is a completely voluntary organization and it is voluntary to become a member. We highly encourage you to join and contribute to our community!
PEHOA Membership Benefits
We strive to strengthen our neighborhood community by providing member benefits such as:
- Upkeep of our 6 entrance signs and landscaping
- Neighborhood communication via our PEHOA Facebook page
- Community events such as:
- Neighborhood Picnic every summer in Pinewood Park
- Spring Neighborhood Garage Sale
- Holiday Lights Contest
- Block Parties, organized by residents
- Town Hall meetings with city government (e.g. police and parks and rec)
- Discounted Trash Service through Republic Services (Optional) – negotiated group rates for trash, recycling, and yard waste pick up service … Best rates in town … with savings typically around $100-$150 over other trash companies! It more than pays for your membership.
- Access to PEHOA owned equipment – tables/chairs, shade tents, PA system, etc.
PEHOA Membership Cost
Voluntary annual membership is just $30 per household.

Make sure to select “Other” in the “Keep Zeffy Free” section and put in $0 if you do not want to contribute to the website itself. Additional donations to PEHOA beyond your membership dues ARE not required, but appreciated! - Alternatively, you may mail a check to: PEHOA; P.O. Box 88155; Kentwood, MI 49518 (Please include a note with your name, address, email, phone number, and what trash services, if any, you receive from our Discount Trash program through Republic Services ).
