We continue to offer (optional) discounted trash, recycling, and yard waste services for paid PEHOA members through Republic Services (they are the trash company with the blue trucks). Referencing competing quotes from March last year, the 2026 rates represent a $150-200 yearly savings compared to other local companies for trash and recycling and over $65 savings on yard waste (even before their typical 10-15% yearly increase). 1. First pay your annual PEHOA membership of $30 per household here: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/pehoa-2026-dues-payment You must be a paid PEHOA member in order to receive discounted rates.
2. Call Republic Services at 877-698-7274 to set up your pickup services and be sure to tell them that you are in the Princeton Estates HOA account. Ask for the discounted rate(s) listed above.
3. The billing for Republic Waste will come directly to your mailbox or e-mail inbox and should be paid directly by you. Download the Republic Services app on your mobile device to manage your service and account. Questions about pick up dates for holidays, one-time services like dumpsters/bulk pick up (refrigerators, couches, etc), or missed pick-ups and damaged bins can be communicated in the app, on the Republic website, or with customer service line directly. https://www.republicservices.com/customer-support
**Occasionally, residents have experienced issues when signing up for trash service, as the Republic customer service rep may not be aware of the special rates offered to Princeton Estates. If you run into this issue, send an e-mail to pehoakentwood@gmail.com and we will contact Republic to resolve the problem.
If you already receive discounted trash service through Republic, there is nothing you need to do. You will automatically continue to get service with the PEHOA rate.
